How do I book a paddleboard?

You can book quickly and easily through our website at newforestpaddleco.co.uk!
Simply select your board size, your preferred date, and any optional extras — then confirm and pay online.
We'll deliver everything to your chosen location within 10 miles of Bransgore.

🛶 What’s included in my hire?

Each hire includes:

  • A paddleboard (Standard or Large size)

  • Paddle

  • Ankle leash

  • Manual pump

  • Carry bag

  • Free delivery and collection within 10 miles of Bransgore

  • Optional extras like life jackets, waterproof phone pouches, and electric pumps are available at checkout!

How long is the hire period?

We offer full day hire from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM — giving you a full day to enjoy paddling and exploring!

Where can I paddle?

You can enjoy paddling at beautiful local spots like Christchurch Quay, Buckler’s Hard, Tanners Lane, and many more!
We also deliver to campsites and holiday parks — check out our "Paddle spots" page for inspiration.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

  • Water and snacks

  • Sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses)

  • A change of clothes

  • A waterproof phone pouch (available to add at checkout)

  • Suitable water shoes (optional but useful)

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety comes first! 🌦️
If we need to cancel or reschedule due to bad weather, we'll contact you as soon as possible to offer a new date or full refund.

Can children paddle?

Absolutely!
Children are welcome to paddle under adult supervision.
We highly recommend using a life jacket (available to hire at checkout) for all younger paddlers.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation or date changes up to 48 hours before your booking.
Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a small fee to cover costs.
